This is the very first rose in my home garden for this spring.
The first picture is an onion flower. This is a perennial variety. I am yet to plant anything in my little veggie-patch.
During this weekend, I took a series of pictures of the dandelion in our backyard. I became obsessed and started reading more about them.
While doing our weekly grocery shopping this evening, I came across a product made out of the dandelion root which was an extraordinary coincidence. I am always doubtful of exuberant claims of health benefits of these //natural products//.
However, I ended up buying a tin of caffeine-free dandelion herbal tea. 🙂
Taken today at about 3.00 pm local time. There were several lovely bugs on this bush. I followed this particular one for a while. It is mid-spring here. I think these fellows are looking for foods and partners.
These two ingredients usually do not go together. However, I couldn’t see any other flowers in our backyard. It has been a dry year so far.
Taken on 5 Oct 2018 at about 6.00 pm, Canberra time.
